Adsure tamper evident bag helps better protect confidential or valuable consignment against outside manipulation
during transport and storage.
Adsure security tape is used for tamper evident closure “Tamper-Evident Tape” for tamper evident bags. The tape is provided with security features activated if tampering occurs. With these special distinctive features (heat, solvent, Freon, water), qualify the tape as the highest security level tape.
The tamper evident bag can be foreseen with up to 4 detachable, pre-numbered receipts. The receipts can also be printed in different font for different client requirement.
All Adsure tamper evident bags can be attached with a consecutive number for each bag and also with a barcode (in different codes). The maximum height for the barcode is 40mm. Numbers and codes can be place on several locations of the bags; on the base of the bag and also on the receipts of the bag.
Adsure has been manufacturing tamper evident bags over the last three years. Cheong Fat production of the security bags is secured to operate also during unforeseen production interruptions. Adsure is obligates ourselves to destroy or recycle all unused production spillage and faulty products.
Structure
Adsure bags consist of a durable polyethylene film. The film material can be one layer or multilayer and also it can be transparent or opaque, for the client requirement needs.
The maximum colors that we can print for the security bags are 10 colors. To avoid a fraud re-welding along the seams they should be pre-printed with microprints.
Adsure security bags can be side, skirt or pouch seal, from the client’s requirement needs.
There are hidden “VOID” wording built into the tape which appear if the tape is tampered with after tape is been sealed to the bag. The tape leaves visible signs of tampering if treated with Freon, heating, solvent.
The tape thickness can be 60 micron or 110 micron
The width on the tape: Level Two 40mm, Level Four 50mm
Adsure security tape is constructed to endure the treatment in normal value-transport (Cash in Transit) as example in night deposit use.
Night deposit bag, the maximum carrier weight should not exceed 2kg.
Coin bag, with the new blend of mixture polymer, it makes the bag stronger. The maximum carrier weight should not exceed 25kg.
Adsure security tape is designed to be use for all different kind of security bags usage.
The security tape from Adsure is user friendly, just need to remove the release tape and just flatten the security tape to the bag surface. With the new design, the security bags can be two to three times faster than traditional solutions.
