Product Description:
Micon Mold is a plastic injection mold manufacturer, offering a range of plastic molds for thin wall
products, household commdity, industrial packaging, home appliance parts and medical labware .
Micon Mould makes:
Thin wall injection mould: packaging box, aviation tableware, wrapping drum, disposable cup mould etc.
Home appliance mould: air conditioner, washing machine, lamp, refrigerator, juicer and other plastic parts mould.
Commodity mould: industrial packing, kitchen utensils, toilet seat, paint barrel and other daily plastic products mould.
Medical supplies mould: test tube, petri dish, measuring cup, pipette tip, centrifuge tube and other laboratory supplies
Micon Mold mainly uses YUDO hot runner systems but we can also use MOLDMASTER, MASTERTIP or HUSKY according to customers' requirement.
The mould steels we mostly use include P20, 718/738H, NAK80, 2344, 2316, H13 and S136.
These steels can be both imported or China made, depending on customer's requirements and budget.
Our mould engineers and designers are using AutoCAD (2D Modeling), Pro/E (3D Modeling), Solidworks (3D Modeling), MasterCAM (CNC Programming), Moldflow (Mould Flow Analysis).
We accept product files with PDF, DXF, DWG, IGS, STP, X_T and SLDPRT extensions.
