Micon Mould makes Thin wall container mould, thin wall snack box mould, food packaging mould, thin walled
cutlery mould, thin wall bowl mould, thin wall barrel mould, thin wall PP cup mould, thin wall PS cup mould, disposable beverage cup mould, airline cup mould, disposable cutlery mould, thin wall crisper mould, thin wall plate mould, thin wall measuring cup mould, instant noodles bowl mould, disposable knife and fork, spoon mould, packaging supplies mould, goblet mould, ice cream box mould, pallet mould, turnover box mould, flower pot mould, petri dish mould, paint bucket mould, bucket mould, basket mould, chair mould stool mould etc.
Micon Mold mainly uses YUDO hot runner systems but we can also use MOLDMASTER, MASTERTIP or HUSKY according to customers' requirement.
The mould steels we mostly use include P20, 718/738H, NAK80, 2344, 2316, H13 and S136.
These steels can be both imported or China made, depending on customer's requirements and budget.
Our mould engineers and designers are using AutoCAD (2D Modeling), Pro/E (3D Modeling), Solidworks (3D Modeling), MasterCAM (CNC Programming), Moldflow (Mould Flow Analysis).
We accept product files with PDF, DXF, DWG, IGS, STP, X_T and SLDPRT extensions.
