Product Description:

2. T-shape die head
takes the design of binodal current, making the adjustment of thickness of the board more accurate.
3. Temperature controlling ± 1 degree can accurately control plastification process, thickness of board and smoothness.
4. The modes of the three-stick calender: horizontal, vertical or inclining angle of 45 ° , can be freely up and down.
5. Thickness control of board: adjusted by the screw or bidirectionally controlled by clamping roller, can accurately control thickness of the board.
6. Separately controlled temperature-controlling system of stick and drum can accurately control temperature of pressing round die so that the board is even.
7. Sheeter makes length and quantity of the board accurate.
8. Furling platform device: with the expert torque motor, it can freely adjust speed and tension.
9. Equipted with automatically meter-measureing appliance, so can set length of the product.
