Product Description:Ritai rasied temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) pipe is can be chosen the different materials
as customers’ requires. They are separatly Korea chemical SK-800 and Korea LG chemical SP980. The position on main link and density of short branch make PE-RT pipe with excellent hydraulic pressure resistant and compact resistant performance, No need crosslinking process.
1. Light weight, easily transported and installed
2. The excellent flexibility makes pipe bend conveniently at will during construction operation. The pipe will not to appear “back”, so ti can prevent that as the stress concentrates in using process the pipe will break down in bending place
3. Hot-melting connection, it is the most safe and reliable methods connection
4. Non toxic, no smell, chemical corrosion resistance, bacteria resistant
5. Inner smooth, Fluid frction is low, Low noise
6. Excellent low temperature resistance, it can be construted in winter, no need for preheating
7. Good heat dispersion, heat conductivity coefficient is 0.4W/M.K, saving lots of energy for floor radiant heating system
8. Under normal condition, the pipe can be used safely for 50 years
1. Feature of Ritai PP-R product
1) Healthful, innocuous, the production belong to green manufature of building materials, smooth inner layer without clogging
2) High temperature and pressure resisitant; The water temperature that transport by the piping can reach 95℃ when working under the long term consecutive working stress.
3) Hot-melting method when pipe and fiiting are the same material, 4) Heat preservation and energy saving; coefficent of heat passage of piping just as one of two hundred as metallic conduit
5) Lightweight: easily transport
6) The woking of the piping is very long; its working life can reach at least 50 years under normal use
7) Anticorrosion, anti-encumbrance
Medium layer of plastic aluminum composite pipe is welded alluminum band, and inner and externd layers are all made of polyrthylene. Apecial-purpose hot melting adhesive is used, and extrusion molding methods is adopted for composite pipe. Pressure resistance of metal pipe and corrosion resistance of plastic pipe are combined together on the pipe.
Aluminum plastic composite pipe mainly have the following features:
1) Coefficient of liner expansion is low, which is 1/5 of the PP-R’s one ( 0.15mm/mk).
2) Resistance to high temperature, high pressure, corrosion with excellence performance
3) Inner wall of the pipe is smooth, thus resisitance to fluid transportation is small. Capacity of fluid transportation is superior to metal pipe of the same diameter by 30%
4) Good performance of heat insulation with a thermal conductivity of 0.45W/m.k, which is smaller than that of metal pipe by far.
5) Be convenience for cutting and construction. Special –purpose fittting connection may be used instead of threading pipe of small diameter is supplied in roll. The length of pipe may be determined at will, and pipe may be bended at will. Thus bend and pipe fitting are unnecessary, which is convenience for construction. Therefore, labor cost can be reduced and time limit for the projetc would be shortened
6) Service life may reach above 50 years
7) Oxygen would be absolutely isolated due to untilization of aluminum core, thus bacterial reproduction is prevented.
