Method of calibrations:
1.When the scale is out of factory, calibrations are done.Usually, calibration isn’t needed.
2.Once the users find the Measurement windage, Please follow the following steps:
Take scales of Capacity 50kg/10g as an example. When the power off case, press Buttons “ON/OFF” and “MEMORY” at the same time. And 3 seconds later, Having full displays, don’t release the Thumb until seeing the 4 built-in digits, (the 4 digits value are always between “5000” and “8000”.If beyond the range, the scale must be broken.). At time time, Press “MEMORY” Key, fast display “0.00Kg”, then the screen will appearance Flashing value“50.00Kg”, and at this time, hang up 50kg standard weight on the scale hook/strap, when the standard weight is stable, press Button “MEMORY”key, several seconds (1-3 seconds) later, the screen will show “PASS”. The calibration process is over.
3. During the precess of caliration, Press “ON/OFF” key to shut and reboot to exit the calibrating case.
4. If the capacity of the scales you buy is 30kg, the flashing value will be “30.00Kg”, please hang up 30kg standard weight on the scale hook/belt for calibration. Scale Capacity:5kg/10kg/20kg, hanging relative standard weight..
