This Plastic Single
Wall Corrugated Pipe Making Machine made by Qingdao Tongsan Plastic Machinery Company is used to produce PP, PE, PVC, EVA, PA and other material single-wall corrugated pipes continuously. Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of strong thermo-stability, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely applied in many fields such as electrical thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipe of lamps, water pipes in air conditioner, washing machine, bathroom, etc.
SJDBGZ sieries single wall corrugated pipe extrusion machine developed by our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed molding, even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall.
Main Features:
1)Use PE/PVC/PP/PA/EVA material to extrude corrugated pipes for cable lines, protective lines and electrical appliances pipe lines and integrated circuit lines, etc.
2)Outlook complete and unify, SIEMENS PLC digital control, 3)High-efficiency screw and special design of mould and calibrator make the machine performance is more reliable, and the products are more stable.
4)Optional pipe types formation for different usages.
