You Take is a PE sheet supplier and was founded in 2010. We have accumulated rich experiences
in PP PE sheet.
PP (Polypropylene) and PE (Polyethylene) sheet are thermoplastic “addition polymer” made from a mixture of propylene / polyethylene monomers. Both the PP sheet and PE sheet have high resistance to fatigue, impact, heat, freezing, and hardness.
Specification:
1. Thickness : 150um ( 6mil ) to 1500um ( 59.0mil )
2. Width : 400mm ( 15.7” ) to 1100mm ( 43.3” )
3. Length : Standard roll diameter 21” and Max is 40”, inner core size is 3” or 6”
4. Surface : anti-static, anti-fog, silicone coating or anti-block are all available
5. Color : Clear, white, black are the main colors and customized is available.
6. Application : Thermal forming for food packing stuff
Advantage
1. Chemical Resistance: An ideal material for containers containing acidic liquids such as detergents.
2. Lightweight: Low density, making it one of the lightest polymers available.
3. Moisture Resistant: Highly impermeable, with a water absorption rate of only 0.01%.
4. Microwaveable ( PP sheet only ) : Preferred material for packaging and containers intended for microwave use.
5. Insulator: Low electrical conductivity and is commonly used to manufacture electronic components, including cables and audio equipment.
