We’re specialized in producing aluminum alloy rollers in high quality. Aluminum rollers can be widely
applied to all kinds of printing machines that work with high rolling speed, including printing packaging, plastics, electronics, textile etc. Aluminum alloy materials are 6063T5 and 6061T5 etc and it needs to be dynamic balanced and later the aluminum roller will be anodized in natural or black color or according to customer requirement.
The company is equipped with advanced machines like cnc lathe, accurate inside and outside round grinder, dynamic balancer etc. and with first-class welding engineer(TIG/MAG welding), to ensure precision machining and strict inspection of aluminum roller.
