These precision helical gear H-II-O-0260 gear type slewing drives are used in automated assembly line operation production lines, which require small slewing drive size, large torque, frequent starts and stops, good impact resistance. The customer’s working environment is very dusty and they require slewing drives to have good dust protection.
According to the customer’s requirements, we optimized and improved this 260 slewing drive, made it into helical teeth, increased the tooth contact length, selected the appropriate helix angle, increased the impact resistance, and this slewing drive was designed with precision gear grinding to meet the customer’s requirements for accurate positioning under high-frequency start and stop working conditions.
