1. Performance and Characteristic
1. High capacity,
low power consumption, decrease 20~30% power consumption /T pulp.
2. High efficiency, better fine stock quality.
3. Stable stock pressure and low impulse.
4. Double drum and rotor, compact structure, lower area.
2. Working Principle
When this pressure screen working, the stock was pumped into screen body along the top tangent on the pressure screen, flowing between the two screen drums, and the fine fiber flew to the bottom of screen drum and then the fine stock was discharged out of the screen by the co-operation of delta pressure in and out of screen drum and rotor. The tailings in screen drum flew to the tailings chest under the screen drum and then discharged through eject pipe.
