Control Principle Of Crushing Raw Materials Size
The pore size of the sieve should less than one-third of the pore size of the die, and the maximum pore size of the sieve should not exceed 1.2mm. The appearance of the fish feed pellet requires that the finer the crushing particle size of the material during the fish feed extruder extrusion puffing process, the better of product appearance. In addition, it is necessary to control the crushing fineness of the material economically and reasonably according to the breeding species and reduce unnecessary crushing costs.
Screening And Removing Impurities Of Semi-finished Powder
When the extrusion die hole is less than 2.0mm, the powder must screen to remove impurities with 18 to 24 mesh. When the extrusion die hole is 2.0mm or more, the powder must screen to remove impurities with 12 to 16 mesh. When the die diameter is below 2.0mm, if the proportion of raw materials containing fur and cotton shells in the formula is large, the stability of extrusion production is still poor even after screening with a 24 mesh screen.
Effective Pressure Distance Of Die Hole Structure
Designing the pressure distance parameter, when the hole diameter is less than 1.5mm, the pressure distance should be 1.2 to 1.5 times the hole diameter, and when the hole diameter is greater than 2.0mm, the pressure distance is 0.8 to 2.0 times the hole diameter.
