Product Description:
NOSEN Propeller Shaft Mixers main structure includes planetary reducer/gear motor and supporting base.
The mixer includes shaft coupling, pole shaft and blades etc. Bellow is the main structures simple descriptions.
Planetary Reducer/Gear Motor: As many types of speed reducer, their structures and efficiences are quite different as well as the pricing. The installation and spaces could also be restricted, NOSEN supply Taiwan SANYA Planetary Reducer, to ensure liquid mixer with first-class quality.
If clients no special requirement, we will use planetary reducer. Some times clients consider the cost of liquid mixer, then we will advise clients to use Taiwan brand gear motor.
Supporting Base: Because fierce dynamic loading generated by the mixing of the fluid, the motion stability and life of the liquid mixer is determined by the structure of the supporting base. Rotating speed, viscosity and capacity etc are the factors to be considered. NOSEN will provide different models following clients requirements. All supporting base are precision machined to increase their operation stability. According to different environments, we will select the most suitable materials for supporting base.

Electricity systems: 110~440VAC, 50/60Hz, single/three phases are available
Input power: 0.2 ~ 15 kw
Mixer revolutions: 10~430 rpm
Pole shaft diameters: 20~60 mm
Propeller diameters: 100~1000 mm
Materials: SS304/SS316
