PU palm coated gloves are made of polyurethane coating and nylon shell. The shell could also be made
with polyester rather than nylon. Polyester is one kind of yarn that is less expensive than nylon but with less flexibility and less abrasion rate. Different colors for shell are liners, among which the most typical ones are white, grey and black. For coating, the typical colors are also same like shell.
PU coated gloves come with either oil based PU coating or water based PU coating, meaning either with DMF or DMF free. Water based PU has no DMF in it at all, but oil based PU has DMF in it. Oil based PU can be processed to reduce the DMF level to a lowest point thats around 10%. The specially processed oil based PU can be more expensive than typical non processed one. You should make your own decision to choose whatever fits your business and market.
