Pure oxygen burner
1. Applications:
1) This burner has uniform and dispersed flame, with high peak
temperature and uniform heat transfer. Compared with the conventional air combustion burner, the fuel consumption can be greatly reduced;
2) This burner can flexibly adjust the flame shape and temperature distribution, and reduce NOx emission by eliminating the adverse effect of nitrogen on the combustion process.
2. Product Features:
1) Enhanced heat transfer and heat transfer control, high thermal efficiency;
2) Reduce fuel consumption;
3) Improve melting efficiency / heating efficiency;
4) Reduce the emission of pollutants (clean and complete combustion) and reduce the volume of exhaust gas (up to 70%);
5) Simple maintenance and low cost;
6) Low equipment investment, such as reducing the cost of waste gas treatment device and flue gas waste heat recovery device.
