Product Description:
A high efficiency machine to separate materials according to their particle size. Multilayer screen meshes
up to three layers. Feeding size up to 20 mm. Screen body is inclined at 6° to the horizontal plane. Design can be customized to clients’ preferences. Cable-suspension installation. Consists of top cover, screen frame, screen box, base and driving system.
Working Principle
Applies gyratory motion which operates in gentler manner suitable to handle fragile materials. Incorporate three distinct motions which are horizontal circular motion at feed end which spreads the material according to the width of screen surface, stratifies the material and aggressively moves material forward, horizontal elliptical motion at centre which enhances material stratification and moves material at high capacity, and linear motion at discharge end which removes material from sieve mesh to discharge port. Materials are conveyed forward with the vibration motion and aided with gravity.
