High-efficient, super-strong design of excitation system, using computer-controlled the flowing pressure of the hydraulic system realizes the vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, brakes, and double-end synthesis of the output, the exciting force will be transmitted evenly and efficiently to mold box, and improve product density and service life of mold boxes.
The whole machine applies PLC and man-machine control system, and realizes signal analysis and trouble diagnosis; need to set various parameters so that the work of the machine reaches the best results.
Equipped with the special hydraulic yards board machine, can easily realize high-volume, automated production, save a lot of manpower, maintenance yard and moving capital investment. Semi-closed force distributing system makes distributing-materials more even and faster.
