Product Description:

Product procedure:

Zinc can:The zinc can is the negative terminal and anode material

Inserting the

separator:The separator and the bottom paper are inserted to prevent battery short-circuit between the positive and the negative electrode.

Filling cathode material:The mixture of manganese dioxide, electrolyte and others are filled as the cathode material

Inserting carbon rod:The carbon rod for collecting electricity is inserted into the middle of the battery

Sealing:The plastic gasket for sealing is fitted to prevent leakage and water evaporation

Fitting tinplate bottom and PVC jacket:The tinplate bottom is placed on the bottom of zinc can and PVC jacket is shrinked

Finished product:The batteries are packed by shrink after inspecting the voltage, current and appearance
