3. Samples collected in this collection
The venous blood serum samples obtained after centrifugation, samples can be stored C for 1 week at 2-8 Be frozen as long-term preservation. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
4.Steps
Conducting any tests must be complete before reading the instruction manual before using the reagents and blood samples returned to room temperature.
1. Remove the packaging from the original test card latex chromatography
2. With a single straw draw two drops of serum-free air bubbles (50 l so), dropping the vertical strips of samples in the office
3.15 minutes after the naked eye observation.
5. Results judge
The results determined
Positive (+): Display of two red bands.
Negative (-): only quality control area (C) shows a red band, in the test area (T) occur within the non-red band.
Invalid: quality control area (C) did not show a red band, indicating that incorrect operation or reagent deterioration has been damaged. Under these circumstances, should be re-tested.
6.Storage
Stored in a cool dry place, 4-30 C is valid for 12 months, should not use frozen or expired.
7. Note
1, before opening the foil bags returned to room temperature, use within 1 hour as soon as possible (especially at room temperature above 30 ℃ in the case), high humidity environment will affect the outcome, should be avoided.
2, the reagent and paragonimiasis certain cross-reaction, to the differential diagnosis.
