NOSEN offers a complete range of Ratio 1: 1 90 degree gear box available for continuous applications
for power transmission. Light, medium and heavy duty reducers are available.
* Configuration: Spiral bevel gears, bearings, oil seals, cast iron housing, heat treated drive shafts, etc.
* Materials: Spiral bevel gears is case-hardened with high rigidity and wear resistance, cast iron housing, S45C heat treated drive shafts.
* Compared to worm gear reducer, spiral bevel gearbox is of flexible operational capacity, high transmission torque and save more money.
* 12 models are available, from RN-2M~RN-25M.
* 2 ways, 3ways, 4 ways gearbox are available.
* Speed reducer and speed increaser are available.
* Slow shafts; Fast shafts and hollow shafts are available.
* Gear transmission ratio 1: 1, we make it special for screw jack systems. Special gear ratio like 1.5: 1, 2: 1, 2.5: 1, 3: 1, 4: 1, 5: 1, we can make them follow clients' demand.
* Gear transmission efficiency up to 95%~98%.
* 42 kinds of right angle rotation directions for clients chooses.
* Max input power 335 KW.
* Max torque 5713 N. M.
* Max input revolutions 2000 RPM.
