Product Description:

Welded tooth cutters are applied mainly in medium hard and abrasive formations (UCS<80Mpa). The welded



tooth made of rare and very special material and welded on the cutter cone piece by piece manually. The cutters can tackle soft and medium hard formations. The welded tooth cutter could serve three or four times more than the traditional cast tooth cutters.

We manufacture and supply 8" and 12" welded tooth cutters in diameter.

8" welded tooth cutters are applied in drilling holes 800mm—1400mm in diameter, and allow thrust force up to 80kN per cutter.

12" welded tooth cutters are applied in drilling holes larger than 1400mm in diameter, and allow thrust force up to 140kN per cutter.
