Product structure:
·New techniques are applied to from shapes by pouring plastics
one time at the place
connecting carrier body with Lid. No any metal parts are connecting with, which can
be damp proof and antirust, elegant appearance and practical.
·Both shell and interior are formed their shapes by applying pouring plastic
technique with high intensity and durable-low-temperature plastics.
·Insulating protecting layer is shaped by pouring none-CFC polychlorothene to
generate foam at one time in a body.
·Foam insulating flats and plastics strips are well sealed on the interface of body and
lid, performing excellent insulating efficiency.
·Body and lid are connected by hinge, fastened by lock buttons, special opening way.
The two plastic lock buttons are used to open or close the lid, operated flexibly and
conveniently, and the belts length can be adjusted tense or loosen with ease.
· Six icepacks of too milliliter are provided in the carrier body. Three layers of
well-sealed fastening devices are applied at the pouring-water entry of icepacks
which ensure no leakage of water when upside down. This produce has the honor to
win National patent.
·Pull up the two plastic lock of the carrier body, and then open the lid of carrier.
·Pour water into the icepacks until it reaches the pouring-line, tighten the bottle lid, then put them in refrigerator or ice-cabinet with the temperature below -10 degree for
keeping cold more than eight hours.
· Take out the freezer icepacks up to standard and put them into carrier, align them in order along the interwall as shown on
the drawings marked in the carrier lid interwall.
·Put vaccines into the empty cell formed by orderly aligned icepacks, put correctly on them foam insulating flats press tighten
the carrier lid, pull down the lock buttons then carry it for use.
