Product Description:multi-stations vacuum forming machine
This thermoforming line for ABS or PS is special for refrigerator's
inner liner production, the machine consists of material loading part, preheating part, heating and vacuuming forming,hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical control system etc., totally four workstations in all(sometimes add unloading and punching and cutting units according to customer's requirements), the machine's advantages are high automation, being easy to operate, high stablity in running performance.
The main technical performance parameters
1 max. forming area: 1820mm*820mm
2 max. forming depth: 650mm
3 heating power: 210Kw
4 total electric power consumption: about 260Kw
5 compressed air supply: about 20m3/h(0.5/Mpa)
6 cooling water consumption: 400L/minute (5 - 10 degree cooling water)
7 forming mode: male mould forming
8 time of production cycling: 70s/ pc when thickness of sheet 4mm
9 applied sheet: ABS or HIPS
10 thickness of applied sheet: 2 - 4mm
This Iine can be designed and made in accordance with customers speciaI requirements of processes
this machine line is mainly for the rerigerator inner liner producing including the door and cabient inner liner, it contains loaing material sheet, pre heating station, heating station, thermo forming work station, rotaty for cutting off peripheral four edges and conveyor system, the tact time is about 40-50 seconds per piece, it also can producting the suitcase, automobile inner decorating parts etc.
Single Station Vacuum Termoforming Machine
The single-station vacuum forming machine is special designed for production of refregerator's inner liner of door and cabinet, the machine is taken into much consideration for many middle or small scale enterprises that having speciality of multi-types of products and frequently mouds changing etc., so it can be more ecnomical than in multi-station forming machine line. The machine with advantages as follows: small and compact configuration,being easy to operate,capable for manufacturing large sheet, the control system including the famous brand SIEMENS PLC, large touchable screen to directly setting parameters and with intelligent calcalation device to control temperature accurately, via this function can control the temperature of heating area point to point, so the performance of man-machine interaction is very friendly and wonderful, in addition the proportion technology in pneumatic system help controling the speed of blowding and demoulding more precisely and effectively.
