2.Operating Principle:
The type of briquette machine have two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame and the other two smaller rollers are moveable. Four Roller Double Pressing Briquette Press can supply higher pressure and higher density during production of briquettes, so the briquettes are stronger and in higher density, also the surface is smoother.
3.Suitable materials for briquetting:
1. Color and black metallic mine powder
2. Coal powder, Coke powder, Lignite, etc, 3. Charcoal powder, fireproof materials, Desulfurization gypsum, Dolomite, etc.
4.The structure features
1, Feeding part of the ball press machine
The main function of it is to feed materials in fixed quality. And guarantee the materials to enter the rollers. Screw feeding device is consisted of electric-magnetic speed drive, belt wheel and reducer. They put them in the feeding port. Because the speed motor has special character, it can make the machine operates smoothly. If the amount of feed is too large, the feed device can be overload, if the feed amount is small, there is no ball. So good skills is the important condition for the machine operation.
2, Transmission part of the ball press machine
The transmission system is consisted of electric motor-triangle strip-reducer-open gear-roller. The electric-magnetic speed motor offer the powder. Hydraulic protection device make the piston move. The front joint of piston rod in near the bearing basic, this can meet the produce pressure's need. If feeding too much materials or entering metal slug, the hydraulic pump stop. The energy accumulator has the cushion effect for the pressure changing. It can make the system return to normal. The dry-powder machine can change the pressure according to the ball density. And it is easy to operate.
5.Working Principle:
This series of coal briquette machine will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer. The two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll, Natural materials to enter the briquette roll mode, with the roll rotation, material pressure on a small become larger, When the material to the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure of materials has reached the peak. Tremendous pressure in the role of line, the materials become a finished product from the powder briquette.
