Wedge wire filter pipe, also known as Johnson pipe, Johnson sieve pipe, stainless steel sieve pipe, is
widely used in oil, gas, water wells and sand control in the world, and it is especially important in chemical and environmental protection industries. It is one of the most widely used filter sieve tubes used in various oil, water resources recycling and resin collection materials.
The wedge wire filter screen adopts the world's most advanced full-wound welding production process, and the special T-shaped wire is wound and welded on a group of support wires arranged in a circle. Reverse formed wedge wire screen pipe (internal circumferential wire with external axial support rods) is a kind of strainers that flow from inside to outside filtration, with smooth working surface inside. This type wedge wire screen pipe is manufactured by wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire cylindrically around support rods under automatic specialized wedge wire screen machine, then be made to screen pipe through cutting, reverse rolled, welded processing.
For special areas of application (among others, the starch industry) screen cylinders can of course also be manufactured in looped finish. Adjoining is an example of two end flanges.
