Product Description:
This kind of rewinder is designed to slit preliminary roll paper weighted between 100-300g/m2 from the
paper machine and then rewind them to finished roll paper with required width and tightness. If roll paper weighted beyond the above-mentioned range is to be used, an explicit note should be given while ordering, and technical parameters should be provided as well.
Running mechanism of the rewinder is shown as follows: Roll paper drawn from the rewinder is laid on the back stand. The paper web then is led downwards along the adjusting roll from the stand. After running between a fixed slitting disc structure and an arc roll, and a back support roll, the web is rewound on the paper-winding cylinder. Driven by the two support rolls, the cylinder moves the whole width of web forward.
