Right angle gearbox is specifically engineered for use with screw jacks in screw jack systems with 1:1
speed ratio, gear transmission efficiency up to 95%. These gearboxes save more energy as compared to worm gears and are available in varying gear ratios.
Right angle gearbox 1:1 speed ratio technical datas:
input power ranges from 0.014 to 335 kw.
Torque ranges from 11.6 to 5713 N.m.
Input revolutions ranges from 10 to 1450 rpm.
Drive shaft diameters from 15 mm to 85 mm
Right angle gearbox components materials:
Spiral Bevel Gears: S45C, Case-hardened, High rigidity and Wear resistance.
Drive Shaft: Heat treated S45C.
Housing: Cast Iron.
