DNV, GL, NK, KR, BV, CCS, RINA.
3.Related grades: Common strength ship plate A, B, D, E.High strength ship plate AH32, AH36, AH40, DH32, DH36, DH40, EH32, EH36, EH40, FH32, FH36, FH40
4. Steel size:
Thickness: 3mm to 450mm
Width: 1220mm to 4200mm
Length: 5000mm to 18000mm
5. Technique: Hot Rolled
Surface Treatment: Coated
Application: To make the hull, offshore oil platform, joint of platform, and other structure parts.
6. Delivery Condition: Normalizing/Tempering/Annealing /Quenching/ and so on
7. Supply Ability: 10000 Tons per month
8. Packaging details: By export standard package
RINA Grade D steel plate is common strength shipbuilding plate which is mainly used for built hull of vessels, ship body construction.Normally when rolling, Air rolled and Control Rolled is ok for ship plate RINA Grade D with the thickness equal and belows 40 Millimeters, and for thickness above 40mm, the heat treatment shall be Normalised or TMCP, these two technical treatment would improve steel strength in yield and tensile points for shipbuilding steel plate RINA Grade D.
