basket are made of hexagonal galvanized/PVC/Zinc coated double twisted mild steel wire mesh.
Gabion basket shall be supplied in various length, width and heights, in order to strenthen the baskets, all the eages of the structutr shall br selvedged with wire of greater diameter.
2)River gabion mattresses
Gabion mattresess can be made of hexagonal double-twisted mild steel wire mesh.Mattresses can be supplied in various length, width and height.the tolerance of mattress dimensions are +_3% in length, +-3% in width and 2.5cm height.In order to strengthen the mattresses, all the edge of mattress are selvedged with a wire of greater diameter.
The river mattresses is a structure made of hexagonal double twisted wire mesh, river mattresses wre filled with stones at the project site to form flexible and permeable, monolithic structures such as river bank protection and channel linings for erosion control.
Surface treatmet of gabion mattress:the woven steel wire used ti manufacture the mattress is heavy zinc-coated soft temper steel.
3)Rockfall nets
Rock-fall protecting netting
Rock fall netting is a steel woven hexagonal opening wire netting wich is used to prevent rocks and debris from onto roads, railway and other strutures.
The mesh is made of heavily zinc coated or PVC +heavily zinc coated double twisted steel woven wire, due to the characteristics of double twist, the steel wire netting can withstand the force of falling rocks without unraveling in the event of wire breakage.
4)Woven mesh gabions
Woven gabions get the name in contrast with wlelded gabions, gabions can be made of woven wire mesh fleible twisted, they can lalso be made of welded mesh.
5)Gabion cages
Gabion cages are wire cobtainers made of hexagional wire netting.wire diameter varies with the hexagonal netting.For hexagonal wire netting wirh no PVC coating, the wire diameter ranges from 2.0-4.0mm, for those PVC coated hexagonal eitr netting, the outside diameter ranges from 3-4mm.The wire of the outside diameter gauge thicker than the wire used for hexagonal wire netting.
