The metal sheet cold roll forming machine of ROFORMER has characters of high speed, high production,
good performance, low labor and save costs. All the above characters are the best selections for producing the metal sheet cold roll forming products. We manufacture different kinds of metal sheet cold roll forming machine for producing the following products. Such as: Partition beam (studs and tracks), Light gauge steel (C & Z purlins), Door frame, Roofing corrugated sheet, Roofing tile, Wall panel, Ceiling T-bar (T grids), and other various metal sheet building materials.
The forming rollers is the key of the forming machine. PROFORMER uses CAD/CAM to design and manufacture the rollers. After CNC lathe, the forming rollers will be harden by vacuum heat treatment and finished the profiles again. These processes make the more accurate forming rollers, avoid the deformation during heat treatment and ensure the rollers' preciseness and wear-resisting ability
