1.The roller is made of cast iron and the surface is covered by rubber.
2.And
the rubber is provided by famous factory.
3.Bulkhead is HT200.
4.Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
5.And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.
6.And before the spindle head has been installed, we will make the second dynamic balance.
Rubber roll is always designed to work as a lower roll in presssection on paper machine.Cast iron is main material.
paper making rubber roll is resistant to wear.So it will work a long time.
paper making Roll is covered by a layer of rubber, which makes rubber roll obtain elasticity.Elasticity is helpful to protect felt. Besides, it serves to protect wet sheet from being crushed.
The covered rubber can make upper roll and low roll touch tightly.It has function to emhance paper drynes
