Product Description:
Rubber magnets are made of bonded ferrite magnet powder, compound rubber and other materials by extruding,
rolling or injecting, the combination can be made into soft plastic and flexible magnets with different shapes, such as strip, coil, sheet and other complicated shapes. They are widely used in micromotor, fridge, disinfecting cupboard, toy stationery, ad, etc.
1) A variety of shapes, sizes and lengths. 100 cm in max width;
2) Flexibility as required;
3) Easy to cut, assemble;
4) Physically and chemically stable;
5) Adaptable to magnetized inserts;
6) Materials: Rubber;
7) Widely used for refrigerators and various containers;
Magnetic properties of the rubber magnets are better than that of sintered isotropic ferrite magnets (about 30% higher).
Punching, cutting, perforating and bending is easy.
The density is 3.6-3.7g/cm3, which is lower than that of sintered ferrite magnet.
Dimension and shape can be chosen freely long, wide or thin forms are all possible.
Rubber magnets don't crack or break.
It is made from Strontium or Barium Ferrite powder mixed with polymers and is widely used in Magnetic Sign, ad, gift, name card and toy etc. We can supply in below & conditions & forms:
