PL Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher（Sand -Making Machine）
This series of sand -making machines
has wide range of uses; its performance has reached the international leading level in sand-making equipment lines. It is the most effective, practical and reliable sand-making equipment. The sand -making machine is particularly applicable to the production of building sand(bluestone, limestone, bank gravel, rocks, granite and many kinds of raw materials to make building sand), abrasive materials, refractory, cement, sand, emery, slag powder, copper ore, iron ore, gold ore, concrete aggregate, asphalt aggregate and many kinds of hard, brittle materials’ fine crushing and secondary crushing. It is an high efficient and energy-saving equipment for sand ＆ stone crushing. It can save 50% energy than the traditional machine. It is the most advanced sand - making equipment in the world.
Working Principle：The materials straightly fall into high-speed rotating impeller turnplate from the top of the machine, under the effects of high-speed centrifugal force, have high-speed crash and high-density crush with the target stone which flowing around the impeller in umbrella form, after mutual impaction, they will form eddying motion between the turnplate and the machine case, then cause a number of mutual impacts, friction, crushing until they are crushed into the required size.
