Product Description:SDC multi-fiber DW is used as a lining fabric in many color fastness tests of ISO 105 C series and E
series, and meets the fastness test specifications of many chain stores.
Product introduction: It is woven from a narrow weave structure and contains the following components: cellulose diacetate, cotton, polyamide, polyester, acrylic and wool.
In the manufacturing process of SDC multi-fiber DW, no textile oil is used, so the need for subsequent wet treatment and heating treatment is avoided, and if this is done, it may cause inconsistency and product contamination. The product produced in this way has a stable weave and will not cause warp slipping/separation or falling off fragments during the test process.
The SDC multi-fiber DW fabric has undergone strict quality control procedures and laboratory tests according to the ISO 105 F10 standard accredited by the Royal Accreditation Council. All tests are performed in accordance with a series of specifications, testing the reserved master batches in the spinning stage and weaving stage. This ensures the consistency of dyeing performance, rather than simple consistency.
