Features: This is our newly developed item; solvents, accelerants and high molecular polymer
are the basic materials.
It doesn’t contain silicon material. It is non-toxic, water-proof, and anti-aging and the temperature endurance range is from – 60 to +80 degree centigrade.
Applications: It specializes in sealing up PVC、PU、PP、ABS、PC、PS、PE materials. It could also seal those plastic to metal sheets. Please note that this item doesn’t work on foaming materials.

The detailed methods of using
1, it can be used to Clean the surface of any things: clean the surface of the Glued or coated things, eliminate the dust ed mark, dust and greasy dirt, etc..
2, Construct the glue: Pare and make the most advanced part of front part with the razor blade, put the sharp mouth in, crowd the glue liquid to the surface that is cleaned out by pinching rifles, enable its distribution evenly, will be glued in the surface and closed up fixedly
3, Solidify: put the Glued or sealed parts in air, let it solidify naturally. The solidifying course is of from solidifying surface to internal course.
(room temperature and 50% relative humidity) within 24 hours glue will solidify for the depth of 2-4mm, if the position relatively deeper, especially the position is not easy to touch air, the lead time of solidifying will be lengthened. if temperature is relatively low, solidifying time will also lengthen. Before the further disposal or packaging the bonding parts, advice users to wait for enough long time so that conglutination is firm and integrity is not influenced
Notes:
After finishing, should tighten the block immediately, and seal the leftover glue. While using again, there are a few knot covers to seal the place, remove it, does not influence the normal usage of the glue. The glue is in charge of the muzzle and presents a small amount of phenomena of solidifying too.
When store the glue, can use normally after its clearance, and doesn’t influence the properties of product.
