一. Efficiency
Two working positions,30s/pc at most.

Suitable for testing less than 72 segments armature
三. Main fuction
1. Automatically test by computer
2. Dynamic simulating test process, synchronously display testing data.
3. Voltage withstand test time could be set as per different requirements
4. Armature part number and testing criterion could be input and saved manually
5. Testing items could be screened
6. Testing data saved automatically, and could be traced and printed at any time.
7. Alert by sound and lighter when parts rejected

1. Two testing cabinets, surface plastic blast, white color computer. Electric cabinet in good ventilation condition and mouse proof.
2. Computer system with CPU1.3G,internal save capacity 128M,harddisk 80G,15”colorful display screen
3. Connector and sampling circuit from Japan and U.S.A
4. Windows operation system
5. two sets testing fixtures(each for left and right position)

Criterion setting could be set within range

Testing range： 0.01-50Ω

4. Welding resistance:
Histogram display bar resistance, and testing data could be aligned in sequence,

5. Turn to turn resistance
Could set testing bar number at random, realize turn to turn testing function for winding of each bar
