Product Description:
Capious Bitumen Sprayers are available in various capacities to suit customer’s need.
These sprayers
are designed for uniform spraying of hot bitumen. The equipment is capable of applying an uninterrupted, constant, and prescribed quantity of hot bitumen on a specified area.
The foldable spray bar is supplied with a basic width of 2.4 meters extendable up to 4.2 meters. The Fully circulating spray bar can deliver bitumen at pressures ranging from 0- 6 kg/sq m.
A unique pressure cleaning system is supplied as a standard, which cleans the system after use and avoids clogging.
The Micro-processor Based Programmable Control Panel to control the valves flow of bitumen synchronized with speed of the vehicle.
The Non Contact type Proximity Switch if provided to measure the speed of the vehicle instead the Manual PTO, and sends the digital signal to the controller.
The Unit has built-in heating system with high capacity Automatic Burner instead of LAP Burner to heat the Bitumen to the required temperature, & ease of operations.
A High Capacity Positive displacement, Rotary Internal Gear Type Asphalt Pump is provided to ensure uninterrupted & constant flow of Bitumen.
Fully circulating Spray Bar (2.4 meters. – 4.2 meters.)
Foldable Spray Bar’s Full size is 4.2 meters in length, with 19 Nos. of spray nozzles. can deliver bitumen at pressures ranging from 0- 6 kg/sq m.
Foldable Sprayer can be folded back to match with the truck width, allowing road clearance while traveling on roads.
Option of Manual Spraying through flexible hose.
Automatic Valve opening & Closing through pneumatic Jack.
All Units are supplied with in-built Bitumen charging (Loading) system.
A Two Stage Air compressor having 2 Cylinder, 747 LPM piston displacement with Maximum pressure 200 PSIG is used.
The tank is built with internal tank baffles to reduce bitumen surging & for better load stability. Tanks are fully insulated with glass wool.
A powerful HA- 294, (25 BHP at 2000 RPM at N.T.P. Cond.) Kirloskar Engine is used for uninterrupted operation of the system.
