Description as follow:
The SN54LS123J is a DC triggered multivibrator, which features output pulse-duration control by three methods. The basic pulse time is programmed by selection of external resistance and capacitance values. The SN54LS123J has internal timing resistors that allow the circuits to be used with only an extenal capacitor, if so desired. Once triggered, the basic pulse duration may be extended by retriggering the gated low-level-active(A) or high-level-active(B) inputs, or be reduced by use of the overriding clear.

SN54LS123J absolute maximum ratings: (1)supply voltage, VCC: 7 V; (2)input voltage: 5.5 V; (3)operating free-air temperature range: -55 to 125 ℃; (4)storage temperature range: -60 to 150 ℃.

SN54LS123J features: (1)DC triggered from Active-high or Active-low gated logic inputs; (2)retriggerable for very long output pulses, up to 100% duty cycle; (3)overriding cear terminates output pulse; (4)122 and LS122 have internal timing resistors.
