Superplast
ProLine, Superplast Classic - is a High Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer (It is pure sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate (SNF) /Sodium Polynaphthalene Sulfonate/ and can be use as SNF base).
Superplast is made in powder and liquid form: in condition of brown water soluble powder or dark-brown water solution, which has the concentration of minimum 32%.
Application:
Superplast ProLine, Superplast Classic - Sodium Salt of Polynaphthalene Sulfonate. It is used as raw material in the production of admixtures for the construction industry. It is one of the basic ingredients for formulation of chemical admixtures for concrete and mortars. It has a powerful dispersing action on concrete. The main application of Superplast is the production of admixtures for ready-mixed concrete. Superplast in powder form is used in the preparation of dry mortars. The use of admixtures based on Superplast for the production of flowing concrete reduces the water/cement ra tio and consequently increases the strength of the hardened material.
Dosage:
Superplast ( ProLine and Classic ) is added into concrete and mortar mixes in condition of water solution of working concentration in the amount 0.8 - 2.3% of dry substance from cement mass.
