Description as follow:
The TT500N16KOF is a kind of phase control thyristor module. The module can be used individually or as power control building blocks. The TT500N16KOF high thermal efficiency assures long life and reliable performance. Six different package sizes allow for a maximum output current of 570 amps for standard scr modules and 200 amps for fast switching versions. Blocking voltages are available as high as 3600 volts for standard scr and 1300 volts for fast switching modules. Switching times are as low as 18 microseconds.
