The BVST1500LB-18 is an 18-inch, 1500LB side entry, trunnion-mounted ball valve designed for high-pressure
applications. Constructed with a 3-piece design and equipped with a gear operator, this valve features a body and bonnet made of ASTM A216 WCB with ENP coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. The ball is crafted from ASTM A182 F304, and the seat is made from PEEK material, ensuring superior sealing performance. The stem is also constructed from ASTM A182 F304, contributing to the valve's durability. The valve has a face-to-face dimension of 1537mm and adheres to the API6D standard, with flanged ends conforming to ASME B16.5. It undergoes a sealing pressure test at 281BAR and a shell pressure test at 383BAR, ensuring its capability to withstand high-pressure environments. The valve complies with NACE MR-01-75 for materials suitable for sour service. The design is based on API6D, API608, and GB/T12237 standards, with face-to-face dimensions adhering to ASME B16.10 and GB/T12221. Flanged ends meet API605, ASME B16.47, and GB/T9113 standards, and butt-welding ends follow ASME B16.25 and GB/T12224. The valve also passes fireproof testing according to API607, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
