Our factory has a total asset of CNY280, 000, 000 (US$41M) and owns an area of 26 hectares (260, 000 square meters) with a staff of more than 300 skilled workers. Equipped with one 40000KVA production line, one 30000KVA production line, two 16500KVA production lines and three deep-processing lines, our production capacity reaches 120, 000MT per year for silicon carbide and 80, 000 MT per year for deep processing of silicon carbide.
We established our own 110KVA electrical substations to ensure the power supply of our manufacturing without any interruption. Our efficient electrical resistance furnaces operate almost at full capacity to produce crude silicon carbide. Since we usually keep crude silicon carbide (or called natural silicon carbide ingots) in stock and our deep processing lines can finish production with high efficiency, we can meet your delivery demand with high speed.
