Emulsifier for silicone oil SOP-107
1. Brief Product Introduction:
Emulsifier SOP-107, easily soluble
in water, with excellent performance of emulsification and dispersion, is applicable to producing various O/W methyl silicone oil, amino silicone oil emulsion. And it is with the good features of easily operating, strong emulsifying and good dispersion stability. The product is a kind of amino silicone oil emulsifier whose various properties are all very good at present market.
2. Performance Index:
Appearance(≥20℃) Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
Content (%) ≥98
PH (25℃, 1% aqueous solution ) 6-8
3. Characteristics:
1. It can enhance the adhesion and penetration between amino silicone oil and the fabric.
2. The product can improve the flexibility of fabric and recover the deficiency of softness and smoothness of some amino silicone oil.
3. With strong emulsifying ability, it can emulsify different amino silicone oil with different amino value and methyl silicone oil in a wild range of HLB.
4. With less requirement to the equipment when producing, there is no need of high shear machine, it is ok to use the general machine for stirring.
5. With good compatibility, the product can work with anion, cation, non-ionic additives.
4. Packing and storage:
1. Package: 200kg plastic drum or 50kg plastic drum.
2. Transport and store it as general chemicals. And please store it in dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is one year.
