Product Description:
XY Series Ester Cured Alkaline Phenolic Resin binder system consists of two parts: Part I Alkaline Phenolic
Resin, Part II Organic Ester Curing Agent.
Characteristics:
This binder system doesn’t contain harmful foundry elements: Nitrogen, Sulfur, Phosphorus, etc., which is especially suitable for the production of steel alloys, carbon steel and ductile iron casting.
The binder system has second curing under high temperature and good thermo plasticity, which can reduce hot crack, veining, defect of steel and ductile iron casting, as well as improve the dimensional accuracy of the castings.
It produces very less harmful and irritant gas, and greatly improves the working environment.
