Product Description:
The self-developed and produced XY-723 series exothermic-insulating covering agent is applicable for
the coverage of open riser sleeves and ideal for various foundry alloys. It is of better performance together with the vertical cylinder/ neck-down/ neck-inclined risers.
Characteristics:
Heat generated from the exothermic materials in the covering powder could make up for the heat loss of the riser sleeves, catalyst could guarantee a complete exothermic reaction.
The insulating materials in the covering agent have good spreadability, which make perfect heat insulation.
Reduce the heat dissipation rate on the top of riser sleeves, extend the coagulation time of the riser sleeves for a better feeding.
The cavity of the riser sleeve is U shape or Tray shape, increase the safety height, prevent the shrinkage defects, improve technical production rate, save the metal liquid and energy.
