1.PTFE with lead 0.01~0.03mm as sliding layer
2.Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3.Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm
4.Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm
Characteristics:
.Low friction under oil lubricated condition.
Wear resistant and anti-impact.
.Particularly applied for the high PV condition, at hydrodynamic lubrication, the PV limit reaches to 120N/(mm*mm)*m/s.
Availability:
Standard cylindrical bushings, thrust washers and strips are availabe
Special designs are produced at short time
Lead free type is also available
