Brightway BWSP-250 Slurry Separation Plant is designed and used to match with the pipe-jacking machine
. The Capacity is up to 250 m³/h ( 1000GPM ) . The Separation Plant structure: Double-deck shale shaker with stainless steel shaker screen; A set of combination 10" desand hydrocyclone and 4" desilter hydrocyclone; Gravel Pumps and Other auxiliary equipment;
BWSP-250 Slurry Separation Plant Advantages
1. Humanized Design: The system is very compact so as to removed conveniently and save site area. Humanized escalators and highlighted lighting so as to operate safely at night.
2. Large Capacity: the capacity is up to 250m³/h. It can meet the needs of mud treatment in pipe-jacking construction.
3. Wide Usage: for matching tunneling machine or pipe jacking machine with outer diameter 2000mm.
Brightway Separation Plant Features
Brightway separation plants are adapted to the requirements of the tunnelling process and separate the slurry suspension completely from the solid particles consisting of gravel, stone and sand in various grain sizes. Optimized for the treatment of microtunnelling slurries and tunneling slurries.
1. Powerful G-forces with double-deck shakers; efficient and stable separation, 2. Well-designed cyclones for a better fine-cut even under difficult conditions, powerful performance；
3. Field-proven screen system-durable and adjustable; capable of handling high solids loads;
