Small oil press machine is a kind of oil press, whose output is not large. But it is simple
and convenient. The main products are hydraulic oil press and screw oil press. The product is mainly used in the domestic processing oil. The current price of mini oil extractor is between 10, 000 and 20, 000.
Nine advantages of mini oil machine:
1. One-key-control, simple and easy;
2. Low speed and high torque dc motor, light noise;
3. Modular components, separate design, easy to disassemble and wash components.
4. Oil cup and slag cup: transparent PC raw materials, easy to clean oil, high-temperature resistance, and good impact resistance.
5. Housing: temperature resistant PC raw materials, excellent oil resistance, easy to clean.
6. Black crystal ceramic liner: enamel process, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, easy to clean.
7. Mixing blade: silica gel material, oil proof, and high-temperature resistance.
8. Press chamber and press bar: the raw material is 304 stainless steel, and no chemical reaction occurs during pressing.
9. Just press the button on both sides to remove the upper frame, and gently pull the pressure lever to separate. Remove and rinse the stainless steel components, which is easier than cleaning the soybean milk machine.
Maintenance of mini oil machine
(I) the lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of work. The oil cup on the reducer should not be short of oil.
(II) The wet oil parts shall be prevented from the invasion of dust and other impurities. The oil quality of the reducer shall be checked once a year. If it is found to be deteriorated, all oil shall be replaced.
(III) When the amount of pressing is reduced and the oil output is out of order, the screw shaft shall be extracted, and the wear of the screw, the strip and the ring shall be checked, and the worn parts shall be replaced in time.
(IV) After each shift of work, the residual cakes in the machine shall be cleaned, and dust and grease on the machine surface shall be cleaned.
(V) After the end of the production season, long-term storage shall be conducted, followed by maintenance. Remove and re-grease the screw, strip and cake ring, and put them in the dry place.
