The revolutionary new HLC series sodium hypochlorite generator is a fully integrated
and high efficient design from Holly Tech. Salt and water are electrolyzed to produce sodium hypochlorite solution at 0.8% strength. HJC series adopts simple and compact design to realize automatic continuous production and ensure low operation and capital costs.

Water, electricity and salt as raw materials, no need for storage or transportation of hazardous chemicals
NaClO solution is stable and cost effective in operation
Transparent electrode shell for easy scaling monitoring, convenient maintenance, only one acidic washing per year.
High current efficiency few by—products, safe H2Ventilation
Integrated and compact design, little space, low capital cost
Automatic operation, no surveillance
Generation Principle
Refined salt is mixed with inlet water in the saturator to form saturated brine. It is diluted to 3%—5% by inlet water and injected into the elextrolyzer. The solution is electrolyzed with direct current, the anodic product is chlorine gas and the cathodic product is sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. These two substances react with each other to form sodium hypochlorite solution.
