Product Description:
Common to most Solar Panel Tracking Screw Jack are the following elements:
1. Keyed(anti-rotation) screw
with rod end, translating screw with clevis end available.
2. Upright type jack, self-locking screw, threaded ends with rod end, clevis end available.
3. Others components: steel protective pipe, rubber bellows, trunnion plate, motor flange, gearmotor.
4. Limited switches to stop the motor once the stroke has reached the upper or lower limit of travel.
5. Reduction gear mechanisms used. Screw jack speed ratios, usually, it is the low ratio.
6. Notice, travel stroke should be reduce the rubber bellow length when full retract.
